Perfect for groups-Theater, Bunks, Arcade, close to dwtn!

Nice place, great for families or large groups. Positive: The beds were comfortable and the decor was nice. The layout was good for large groups. The location was good and quiet. The backyard was good spot for hanging out in the evening. The BBQ and grill were nice additions. The hosts were quickly accessible when our door code didn't work upon arrival and halfway through our trip. Negative: The place was fairly clean but could have used more touch ups; there were crumbs on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival and dead bugs on the floor in the basement, especially in the bedrooms under the tables and beds. We also didn't love the clutter in the cabinets (old boxes, cables, moving supplies, etc.) and in the fridge (old sauces, condiments, juice, opened dips, etc.). The kitchen could have used a bit more in terms of supplies, like a salad spinner, a large cutting board, etc. Some of the pots and pans also didn't work on the induction stove which was a bit annoying.

House was great! Nice and spacious, great location and the game room was a hit with our family! Ryan was quick to respond and very helpful! Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay

Our group had a wonderful stay. The property worked very well for our group of 9 giving us lots of different areas to hang out. The kitchen was amazing! It was very well stocked with everything we needed. Our group enjoyed the theater room and game room. What a fun place to stay!! The house was clean and nicely furnished. We found Ryan & Lucas easy to work with and they were very accommodating to our needs. Thank you both for making our stay a great experience. We would stay at this property again.

This property was amazing and the hosts were SO accommodating. Super comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen, awesome setup for kids and the whole family, beautiful, thoughtful in every way and very clean. 1000% would recommend and will be staying here again.
