Perfect for groups-Theater, Bunks, Arcade, close to dwtn!

The house was perfect for the four of us. It is conveniently located, clean, set up very well. Communication with the host was fabulous. Great place to stay.

Our large group just needed one night in Spokane for our golf trip and this was the perfect place. Super convenient coming from airport and a lot of places to eat in the area. Ryan also accommodated us and let us in a little early on short notice. I would highly recommend!!

Spacious, clean and a comfortable mix of modern (kitchen and bathrooms) and old (original wooden flooring and built in cabinets). Complete with a 60-70’s era “disco ball.” We were a party of 9-10 and there was plenty of room for everyone to have a place to sleep (including two large couch options if needed). Large patio and back yard complete with a four-in-row game. Beds comfortable. Neighborhood quiet and very walkable with a park within a half mile.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. An older home that has been tastefully remodeled. Plenty of room. Doesn’t look like much from outside but as soon as you enter, you are impressed. Quiet older neighborhood.

We appreciated so much about this house. It was clean, comfortable and the host was very helpful. We were in town for a funeral and were thankful for the toys and games for children, the back yard with many seating options and the high chair for our grandbaby.
